Mekal very often experiments with various cuisine picked up during the last few years. This has often to our surprise turned out to be an extremely fun filled and fulfilling experience. Mekal’s cooking episodes have resulted some times in ingenious items, on other occasions the mere experience and fun satisfied our appetites. Some Indian delicacies that resulted out of this effort.
